Why I can help?
I am a qualified health & nutrition coach and I am passionate about food and health. I have a deep desire to help individuals achieve their long-term diet and nutrition goals. It is my own experience of pregnancy and motherhood which inspired me to start this coaching journey. It is my honour to now help you take control of your own health. My approach is to educate, empower and support you: by catering to each individual’s unique circumstances. Whether it is weight loss or weight management, preparing our body for pregnancy or recovering from pregnancy, or developing a healthy relationship with food, I can offer a variety of services and packages designed to meet your needs. I want you to thrive in your own body and enjoy life!
What is included?
ACKNOWLEDGE: Food Diary analysis
The starting point of this 3-month package is for you to keep a 7 day food diary which I analyse once complete. You take note daily of when and what you eat and drink. You also include any exercise you have done, how you are sleeping and how you are feeling: great, tired, sluggish, lacking in energy etc.
PLAN & REFRAME: Initial Consultation & your Personalised Nutrition Plan
All of your sessions can be in person, on a call, or online.
The day after I receive your 7 day food diary, we will have your initial consultation. During this, I’ll ask you lots of questions to get a better understanding of your day to day life. We’ll chat about everything from your sleep routine to your morning rituals and all the bits in between! You’ll also tell me your top 3 goals that we will be working on, as part of your nutrition and health coaching with me.
Your personal plan presentation will be a day or two after the initial consultation. We’ll discuss my overall recommendations for you, so you can achieve your goals. I’ll also give you the complete low-down of foods suitable and recommended for you, to include ideas for breakfast, lunch and dinners. This session is also an opportunity for you to ask me any questions that you might have around your nutrition and health.
SUPPORT & GUIDE: Three Follow-up Sessions
These take place in weeks 4, 7 and 10 of the programme and will last approximately 45 minutes each.
During these sessions, we will reflect on and review your progress. We will adjust and adapt your plan as necessary, to keep you motivated. You will have lots of questions during these sessions which I will answer for you.
TRANSORM & MAINTAIN
Throughout this process I am always available to answer your questions, offer guidance, encouragement and support. Together we will achieve your goals & embrace your transformation. After three months of working together you’ll be equipped with the education, awareness and inspiration to be fully accountable to sustain this long term for yourself. If you need support and accountability after this, follow up sessions whenever you require them are always available; I’m here and would be delighted to see how you’re getting on!

FAQs: it sounds amazing but…
- What are your qualifications & experience? I am a qualified health and nutrition coach who graduated from the IINH (International Institute of Nutrition and Health, Dublin) in 2022. I have experience working with various clients, from digestive related issues to weight management, and much more. I also recently went through the pregnancy and postpartum journey and I realised how my lifestyles and food choices had an impact on my own recovery.
- Can we meet face to face? Or do you only do online coaching? I am based in Edinburgh so I am happy to meet locally if it is more convenient and suitable for you. Alternatively, I do online coaching and can accommodate our sessions to your schedule as much as possible.
- I want to do but I can’t afford it? I understand that personalised coaching comes with a cost – however, your health is an investment, and the benefits will last a lifetime. To help you make the decision and see if coaching is for you, I offer a first free 30-minute consultation so we can discuss your goals and make sure that we are a right fit.
- How long will it take for me to see results? The timeline for seeing results varies depending on your goals and commitment. Some clients experience significant changes within 3 months, while others may take longer.
